Der Veranstalter

Das Masterprogramm Organisationsentwicklung MSc wird seit nun mehr 18 Jahren von einem Team erfahrener Wissenschaftler, Führungskräfte und Berater unterrichtet. Die Kernkompetenz dieses Teams liegt in der Vermittlung von Organisationswissen und Handlungskompetenzen zur Steuerung von Unternehmen und zur Gestaltung von Veränderungsprozessen innerhalb und zwischen Organisationen. Das Team führt den OE Master in deutscher Sprache in Wien, Zürich, Berlin und Tallinn durch.

Der Träger

Träger ist das Centre for Executive Education der Estonian Business School (EBS). Established in 1988, EBS is the oldest privately owned business university in the Baltics. With more than 1500 students, EBS’s goal is to provide enterprising people with academic knowledge, skills and values for its successful implementation.  In its more than 25 years EBS has grown into one of the  biggest private universities in the Baltic countries, teaching entrepreneurship and business administration at Bachelor’s, Master’s and Doctoral levels.
